The Domaine du Grand Morin provides you with numerous indoor and outdoor spaces that you can choose according to your desires and your personality, for an event that suits you. The large reception room located in the castle is the ideal place to welcome your guests for a dinner in an elegant and comfortable setting.
Expected to open a second reception room in mid-2026: the Pavillon de l'Orée.
In case of bad weather, we have fallback solutions to adapt to all seasons!

1. Ceremony

The Domaine provides you with several outdoor spaces for your ceremony.
And if it rains? We have beautiful and large spaces such as the Reception Gallery or the Tipi, opening onto the 18-hectare park, so that your moment remains unique, whatever the conditions.

2. Cocktail

Discover our multiple cocktail areas, offering a varied choice for your events: in front of the majestic facade of the Castle, in the heart of our green park, under our Tipi or at the edge of the Castle pool. The Domaine provides garden furniture and umbrellas.

3. Dinner

The Reception Gallery, composed of three rooms Navarre, Delagarde and Griffault, located in the Castle, will offer you a prestigious reception in a historic place from the 19th century. This large reception room is renovated for your greatest comfort. It has a capacity for 120 people for dinner with a dance floor. (Without dance floor up to 150, see with our teams)

4. soiree

Continue the evening in the Château's reception gallery, where the dance floor animated by a DJ will thrill you.

And for the “grandiose”? End on a high note with a fireworks show on request, dance or an orchestra for an unforgettable evening.

5. Brunch

You extend your event the next day, with a brunch that will awaken your taste buds as well as your eyes, around our pool. Enjoy a breathtaking view of the Castle, or more simply, a picnic in the park. A moment of relaxation and delight.

FAQS

How many rooms does the Domaine du Grand Morin have?

The estate offers 25 rooms for a total capacity of 60 beds.

33 beds in the Castle, 14 beds in the Sequoia House, 13 beds in the Morin House.

Maison Diane will complete the bed offer from June 2026 with 14 beds, for a total of 74 beds.

Do you have PMR rooms?

Yes, we have 1: in Maison Diane - from June 2026

I would like to book a room for a private event or a wedding to which I am invited. Can you tell me who to contact for this?

In general, the reservation of accommodations is managed by the organizers or the bride and groom at the time of booking the domain. If accommodation has not been planned for you, you can ask them directly. You can also search for accommodation near the event. For added convenience, it may be helpful to look at local options like hotels, B&Bs, or short-term rentals. Do not hesitate to ask the organizers who have a “accommodations near the domain” document provided by the domain.

Do you have a manager?

Yes, he is present from the beginning to the end of the event

Are your service providers taxed?

No, but our service providers are recommended. However, external service providers working in the field must sign our charter. Only the caterer and the artificer are taxed (if you want fireworks at your event).

Can we bring in an outside caterer?

Many caterers are referenced at the Domaine and highly recommended. (An additional charge is required for an external caterer and he must come and do a mandatory technical check with the director of the estate if he has never worked on site and sign our charter).

How many parking spaces does your domain have?

Parking is free and has 80 spaces at the Château and 15 spaces at the Maison du Morin. For a total of 95 seats.

Are there time limits and volume limits for the evening?

The late evening time is 4:00am. For the sound, during the evening and at night, you should not exceed 86 decibels. A lounge is available to end your evening in a small group.

Where does the brunch take place in case of bad weather?

It takes place in the Reception Gallery, under the Tipi, or in under the Préau du Marais near the pool.

From what time can we arrive on site?

Availability of spaces from 15:00 on the D-day and 15:00 for service providers as well. On request and depending on the availability of the location, service providers can arrive earlier in the afternoon for longer installations. A mandatory request must be made to the Domaine's teams.

At what time do we have to return the premises?

11 am for the evening spaces and the rooms, and 3 pm for the brunch area, if you have reserved the spaces for the brunch.

Is hardware included?

Yes: round tables for 6 to 8 people and Medallions chairs for dinner for 150 people and outdoor furniture. However, the equipment, especially the chairs for the ceremony, is not included, this is an option to be discussed with our wedding consultant.

Do you have electrical terminals?

Yes, the estate has 2 electrical terminals for 4 vehicles. Please bring your charging cards to use the terminals.

Car: 70 minutes from Porte de Bercy

Train: Coulommiers station (20 min from the Domaine - then 1h15 from Gare de l'Est) or Gare de la Ferté sous Jouarre (30 min from the Domaine - then 45 min from Gare de l'Est)

What is the nearest train station?

The Coulommiers train station (20 min from the Domaine) or La Ferté sous Jouarre station (30 min from the Domaine). Shuttle taxis are available upon request.

Do you accept animals?

Our domain does not welcome pets.
